Refund policy
We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at accounts@cladworks.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If there is no damages to your items and you are wishing to return due to change of mind there will be a restocking charge.
This charge starts at £29+ VAT and can vary due to item weight, quantity and date of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve if possible. Please note. We are governed by our manufacturers damage and refund policy so please check the delivery paperwork for the relevant information regarding your delivery. Cladworks cannot guarantee replacement if manufacturers policy has been breached.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note Carriage charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special orders, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please remember we are governed by our manufacturers guidelines and in some cases cannot offer exchanges due to various reasons outlined by our suppliers.
Orders/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please remember we are governed by our manufacturers guidelines and in some cases cannot offer refunds due to various reasons outlined by our suppliers.
Orac Decor Terms:
The cancellation by the Client of an order accepted by Orac can only occur with the prior written permission of Orac. In the event of cancellation of an order, Orac has a right to charge an amount equal 25% of the agreed price in compensation for the damage and costs that the cancellation entails, without prejudice to Orac’s right to prove and claim greater damages, provided that such proof can be supplied.
Changes by the Client to an order accepted by Orac - such as but not limited to, postponing delivery at the request of the Client – can only be made with the prior written permission of Orac. Orac can make its permission dependent on changes in conditions, such as prices, delivery times or the charging of a payment in advance.
Merchandise Return Policy:
- Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from our Customer Service department. Please have your order number available when contacting us.
- You may return most items purchased for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Custom or Special order items may not be returned.
- Refund will only be issued in the original form of payment.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of items returned. Be mindful of packaging as any damage during return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Returned material must be received in original condition.
- Any products cut, altered, modified or installed by the customer may not be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at their expense
Wetwall/Mermaid Terms:
Orders that are cancelled after despatch by us are subject to the delivery and restocking charges.
1. If you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you may return it within seven days of delivery for a full refund minus the restocking charges. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in a re-sellable condition in order to be refunded.
2. They should be well packed and returned with your original invoice
3. Return collections can be made but is chargeable to the customer where special courier charges are applicable. These will be advised prior to arrangement of the collection.
4. Please do not write on or damage the original packaging as this will render the package un-sellable, and you will not be refunded.
5. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure (or your agents) to check the packages and notify us of any shortages within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please follow the above instructions carefully, Shore Laminates limited will not accept and refund for faulty damaged or missing items unless the all above requirements have been satisfied.
1. Upon return of the faulty or damaged items we will exchange the product or issue a full refund including delivery charges within 28 days.
2. Products returned, will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge plus the cost of any applicable transit charges for off mainland locations.
3. Please note that Your right to return Goods pursuant to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 does not apply in this contract.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
